Having started her HR career in a consultancy, Ainslie spent the previous 16 years in corporate and comes a full 360 after recently returning to the consultancy environment, and brings with her valuable leadership expertise from across various business functions.
In her most recent role as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Ainslie was responsible for developing and implementing the sustainability agenda and initiatives, building on the company’s recognition as one of NZ’s best places to work and further enhancing the reputable and trusted brand.
Also working within internal HR teams, Ainslie understands the importance of aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and the critical correlation between employee engagement and business outcomes.
Based in Auckland, Ainslie supports clients on the North Shore, and East / West Auckland and for any aspect of the employment relationship, including recruitment and onboarding, career development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, employment relations, restructuring, and policy development.
Ainslie values personal growth, creativity, and the restorative power of nature. When she’s not spending quality time with family and friends, she’s often exploring new bush walks, researching topics of interest, or engaging in activities that nourish her well-being—like yoga, meditation, knitting, painting, or photography.
