Terms of Service

We value our relationships with our clients and believe it is important that you are aware of and understand the terms on which we provide HR and Recruitment services.

On engaging our team, you will be sent a personalised Proposal detailing our Terms of Service (‘Terms’). These Terms will apply every time you engage us to provide people support to you and your team, and your continued instructions to us, will be acknowledged as your acceptance of these terms.

Your customised Proposal and Terms will also detail our costs of service, these will be dependant and flexible based on your needs and may include an hourly rate, a retainer rate, a project fee, or a commission rate. Our Standard Hourly rate for HR & Recruitment Support is $190.00 to $220.00 plus GST, per hour. Please note, we have discounted costs of service and benefits for Master Electrician Members. These rates and discounts will be detailed in your customised Proposal on engaging us.
