We work with some of the most exciting grocery and health brands in the country, delivering end-to-end brand activation and account management across Australia.  Why this role exists

With a growing portfolio and an ever-expanding to-do list, our Sales Director needs a right-hand weapon, someone organised, ambitious and savvy to help manage day-to-day account activity with major buyers and internal stakeholders. This is an opportunity to dive deep into sales, promotions, retail strategy and account coordination — with a clear path for growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Sales Director with buyer comms, client coordination, and reporting

  • Helping manage promotional calendars and national campaign execution

  • Liaising with key accounts, buyers and suppliers

·        Managing account administration, product data, submission forms

  • Reconciling rebates, tracking promotions, updating systems and tools

  • Maintaining Applauder and SOS Hydration websites (basic updates)

  • Supporting trade show logistics, launches, events and retail activation

  • Developing sales tools for our field team and assisting in day-to-day admin

  • Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks — from timelines to tracking

What we’re looking for

  • Background in marketing, sales, or customer service

  • Ideally degree-qualified in marketing/similar, but attitude trumps all

·        Experience with our key retail partners

  • A natural communicator, written, verbal, email, Zoom – you name it

  • Strong admin skills, organised, detail-oriented, on top of priorities

  • A relationship builder, friendly, people-first and solution-oriented

  • Tech savvy, you’re confident across Office 365, SharePoint, Canva, and happy to learn new tools

  • Takes initiative, gets sh*t done, and doesn’t need hand-holding

  • Reliable, trustworthy and switched-on
