We’re on the lookout for a confident, organised People Administrator to join our Pukekohe-based team and play a key support role across our HR, recruitment, and admin functions. If you’re someone who loves variety, enjoys helping others succeed, and thrives in a people-focused workplace, keep reading!
A bit about the role:
No two days are quite the same here! You’ll work closely with our People Partners and Recruitment team to keep things moving, support our clients, and bring a can-do energy to everything you do.
Some things you might be doing on the daily:
• Welcoming clients, answering phones, and keeping our workspace humming
• Drafting employment agreements, job descriptions, and other HR docs
• Helping write and post job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
• Supporting the team with admin, event logistics, and diary management
• Jumping in on internal projects and helping us work smarter
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in office admin, EA/PA, or HR/recruitment support
• A whiz with Microsoft 365 (especially Teams)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong document control skills
• Someone who brings energy, initiative, and warmth to every interaction
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in HR or recruitment before – but not essential!
