Who are we looking for?

We’re on the lookout for a People Advisor with a modern, practical HR mindset. Someone who’s adaptable, values relationships, and thrives on variety.

Here’s what we’d love you to bring:

•              1–3 years of generalist HR or recruitment experience

•              A people-first approach, grounded in empathy and purpose

•              Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with clarity

•              Hunger to learn, grow, and evolve your HR toolkit

•              Resilience, flexibility, and a ‘no two days are the same’ mindset

•              Someone who backs themselves but loves working collaboratively

This role is Pukekohe based, working closely with our awesome team and clients. You’ll have plenty of support around you—but also the trust and space to make it your own.
