The Position

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape supply planning excellence and deliver impactful outcomes for the Oceania Business Unit. As the Supply Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving supply chain efficiency and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and lead the supply planning rhythm, processes, and approach across the Oceania Business Unit for weekly tactical and monthly planning cycles

  • Develop inventory policies and plans aligned with Group trade working capital targets

  • Manage purchasing plans for an extensive portfolio of imported goods

  • Implement rough cut capacity planning and oversee finite scheduling for two production sites

  • Own the supply point and supply review forums, actively contributing to the Sales & Operations Planning process

  • Work effectively across supply chain teams and other business functions to build strong stakeholder relationships and achieve shared objectives

  • Act as a representative of the Oceania Business Unit within the broader Business Group, ensuring alignment and effective communication across geographical and time zone boundaries

  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

  • Proactively enhance supply planning processes and self-development to uphold operational excellence

Our Ideal Supply Planning Manager ANZ

  • Bachelor of Business with a major in Supply Chain or APICS qualifications

  • Extensive experience in supply planning systems, specifically SAP APO

  • Proven expertise in implementing supply planning best practices in a mature environment

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a history of inspiring and motivating teams

  • Experience managing rough cut capacity plans and substantial import portfolios

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, building solid relationships across all organisational levels

  • Ability to work collaboratively, respect diverse viewpoints, and promote cooperative work environments

  • Proactive, detail oriented mindset with strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and provide clear recommendations to management

  • Positive, proactive, and hands on approach to challenges and change

  • Organised, with excellent communication and decision making skills
