Rebecca Sutton

Rebecca joins the team as an HR Partner based out of our Pukekohe office. She has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts with a Double major in philosophy and political science. Rebecca is also a registered mediator, and although no longer practicing law, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge in the conflict/dispute resolution areas and has always enjoyed client facing work, working for and with a wide range of different stakeholders.  It is this passion for working with people that has called her to move into the People and Culture space where her problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills coupled with her legal knowledge can really be utilised.

Rebecca along with her husband Andrew is also a Director of their local electrical business. Having been running their small business for over 10 years Rebecca is well versed in the reality of running a small business and can bring a wealth of knowledge to her role from being a business owner herself.

Outside of work Rebecca is involved in the local franklin community particularly through her three children’s school and their extra-curricular pursuits.  As a family they enjoy trips to the beach, trail walks, adventures on the Sutton family dairy farm and spending time with their large extended families and friends.
