Do first impressions always count?
Although almost everyone will do their best to avoid being judgmental (being politically correct of course). Often that first impression, that gut feel - it counts. If anything goes wrong further down the track you’ll no doubt reflect and wish you’d trusted your first impression... “I knew there was something...”
So what kind of first impression do you make with potential customers and new employees? A good one will generally create more business and gain new employees, both will grow your business short and long term.
So what are they thinking after their first impression of you or your business? “This is awesome best decision ever”, or is it more like “Houston we have a problem”?
