About Coastal Services

Established in 1995, Coastal Services began as a dedicated service provider to the marine industry. Today, we operate across the oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, and marine sectors, delivering expert support on projects throughout New Zealand, offshore platforms and FPSOs, as well as completing mining/energy scopes across Australia.

About the role:

We are looking for a meticulous and organised administration guru, who can hit the ground running in a varied and fast paced role. Day to day you will be working in our busy office, leading three key areas, Project Compliance Documentation, Project Account Management & HSQE System Management & Development. You will:

  • Prepare proposals and front-end project documentation

  • Oversee construction document control

  • Lead commercial variation management & claim preparations

  • Manage project documentation and prepare reports

  • Develop and manage internal H&S, Quality & Environmental systems

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role, working Monday to Friday.

The ideal HSQE and Compliance Manager will have:

  • Experience in Construction, Oil & Gas or Energy is desirable

  • Experience with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

  • Strong background in project administration

  • Experience with project documentation, report preparation, and account management

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
