The Position
Reporting to the Marketing Communication & Brand Manager ANZ, this is an exciting opportunity to support the Marketing Division for the Oceania Business Unit. Key responsibilities include:
Planning and executing marketing activities such as trade shows, events, promotions, advertising, product launches, and integrated campaigns
Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and materials
Coordinating rebranding efforts for signage, office spaces, uniforms, and physical assets
Facilitating localisation and rollout of new branding, ensuring consistency in brand image, messaging, and values across all touchpoints and platforms
Updating and maintaining branded materials and digital assets to reflect new branding
Assisting in marketing campaigns to introduce and strengthen the brand while promoting vertical-specific offers
Collaborating with PR agencies for brand related announcements and strategic alignment
Developing reports to track metrics, measure ROI, and assess campaign performance
Using market insights to inform strategies, with a strong understanding of Nexans' solutions, competitors, and target customer personas

Our Ideal Marketing Coordinator ANZ Will Have:
A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional strategies, including go-to-market product launches
Strong understanding of branding best practices, integrated marketing communications, and maintaining brand consistency across channels
Creative copy development and copywriting skills to craft impactful and engaging messaging - this is key!
Knowledge of the media landscape and experience executing both offline and online campaigns
MS Excel and MS Word skills, with basic experience using imaging tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of Adobe InDesign is advantageous)
Ability to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes
Proficiency in coordinating multiple marketing activities and working collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms
An understanding of target audiences, competitors, and industry trends, particularly in a B2B2C omnichannel environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation
