Beejays Solution Flooring and Interiors are a family-owned Flooring and Interiors business, established in 1975. We are known experts in the field providing acoustic interior and flooring solutions for customer's individual needs.

 

About the Role:

As the Operations Job Co-ordinator based in our Henderson office, you may have experience in the Interiors/Flooring industry or experience in a similar Operations role, or you may be a recent school leaver and are looking to get a foot in the door in an interesting and diverse office-based role.

 

You’ll be working with the Operations team to manage current and future jobs as well as working on documentation. You will also:

·       Attend meetings, update job forecasts, check stock, and handle product returns.

·       Keep safety documents updated, manage hazard records, and prepare site safety folders.

·       Track and renew staff qualifications.

·       Update price lists, assist with plans, and support project paperwork.

·       Help with onboarding new staff, including organising their tools and kits.

 

You must possess a great sense of humour, a good ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn - these attributes are non-negotiable!

  • Am adaptable and flexible approach to work

 

You will also be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook to at least an intermediate level
