About Beejays

Beejays Solution Flooring and Interiors are a family-owned Flooring and Interiors business, established in 1975. We are known experts in the field providing acoustic interior and flooring solutions for customer's individual needs.

About the Role:

Based in Henderson, you will help with coordinating office activities and assist with customer and administration functions, including answering the phones and greeting customers. This is a fast paced environment with a variety of tasks, so there is never a dull day!

You may have previous reception experience or you maybe you are a recent school leaver with a great attitude who is eager to show us your skills and potential.

You will have…

• A friendly, outgoing personality and are prepared to go the extra mile for customers

• Good communication and active listening skills

• The ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to juggle multiple tasks

• An excellent phone manner

• An ability to use your initiative

• Computer skills, able to pick systems up quickly

You must possess a great sense of humour, a good ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn - these attributes are non-negotiable!
