About the role:  

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, our Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.  You’ll be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment for our customers, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment for our team. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm. No weekend work? Yes please!

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, storing, and shipping products

  • Overseeing and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in inventory counts and resolving discrepancies

  • Ensuring that products are labelled, packaged, and shipped efficiently and accurately

  • Supervising and training warehouse staff, including assigning tasks to optimize workflow

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient warehouse operations

  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

The ideal Person:

  • Has previous experience in a similar role or warehouse environment, with a strong focus on inventory management a bonus

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed. 

  • Physically capable and comfortably able to be on your feet all day

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Is a team player, driven and self-motivated

  • Basic-Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel

  • A current valid AP certificate is a bonus but not essential

  • Experience using a stock management system

  • A full class 1 driver license plus certification to drive a counterbalance and reach truck are highly beneficial but not a must if you are the right candidate
